Rental Management
The Rental Management Package includes the services required to maintain a fully occupied and successful rental property  We handle all of the day-to-day requirements giving you the support and piece of mind you  deserve; including:

  • All tenant communications and correspondence
  • Coordinate all maintenance related issues
  • Tenant "move-out" process includes coordination of cleaning, painting and other maintenance required to prepare the unit for new placement
  • 24-hour property support - Live agents available 24/7
  • Property inspections with detailed report
  • Monthly & year-end financial statements

Rent and Security  Deposits
The Rent and Security Deposit  service is included in our Rental Management Package and covers the handling of all finance related issues, including but not limited to:

  • Collection of monthly rent from tenants
  • Treatment of delinquent tenants including assessment of late fees
  • Process all rent related communications including  rent increase, past due and 5-day notices
  • Full coordination of eviction process
  • Manage security deposits following all regulations
  • Monthly & year-end accounting

Tenant Placement Service

We use our skills, resources and  advertising to quickly fill your rentals with tenants that are fully screened and approved by you. Our Tenant Placement service includes the following:

  • Full multi-page property review on our highly  visited website
  • Aggressive advertising of vacant units using a multi-channel strategy which includes "pay for" online advertising, newspapers,  onsite signage and free online sites
  • Scheduling and showing of vacant units to  prospective tenants
  • Full ownership of application process
  • Background and Credit Checks
  • Tenant "move-in" process including the provisioning  and delivery of keys and welcome packets
  • Move-In inspection complete with digital photos of entire unit
  • Supply all required documents including  leases
  • Handling of all Section 8 requirements at no additional charge
