Company Background
The founders of Magnum Realty are Ed Calusinski and Alvern Joe, both of which have been in business since 1970. Ed and Alvern compliment each other in business strengths, resulting in a strong ethics and customer satisfaction. In 1985 Ed and Alvern had an idea of a low overhead nuts & bolts type office. Both Ed and Alvern realized that the average office was more wrapped up in letting you know how successful they were than actually making the customer happy. So with this in mind they picked a site in a growing area, in a town named Bartlett, Illinois. Bartlett is centrally located allowing them to provide service to their large customer base, encompassing all the Chicago land area. Bartlett, being a whistle stop in the early 1900's,and still had small fragments of farms close by. In 1985 most of the area was under construction with the move west. Ed & Alvern took a 1.5-acre run down parcel, fixed it up, incorporated and rezoned the site and the rest is history. Magnum is a small but powerful force in this area. Magnum Realty shows more quality sales and more referral business than some offices 3 and 4 times it's size. No one out performs Magnum.
